2020 is an extraordinary year. Last year, Hangzhou Shanyou Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. (WORK) helped the epidemic by vigorously producing masks. Hundreds of millions of masks have been exported to many European countries.
Meanwhile, Hangzhou Shanyou Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. (WORK) also donated anti-epidemic materials for masks to Argentina and other countries.
Hangzhou Shanyou Medical “ WORK” covers building area 68,000 square meters while the clean room workshop 15,000 square meters. We’ve purchased more than 200 traditional mask production lines, and nine state-of-the-art extremely high speed automatic production lines. The capacity for “ WORK” medical face masks is 10 million pcs/day, that's 300 million per month. We’ve been exporting to UK, France, Spain, Germany, mostly government tenders in huge quantities.
In February 2020, we established the production lines of Medical Masks due to the outbreak of coronavirus epidemic. We’ve purchased more than 200 traditional mask production lines, and nine state-of-the-art extremely high speed automatic production lines. The capacity for medical face masks is 10 million pcs/day. We have CE certificate for Surgical Face Mask (type IIR) and Medical Face Mask (type I, type II) according to EN 14683-2019, and Surgical Respirator got FDA permitted as well. We’ve been exporting to UK, France, Spain, Germany, mostly government tenders in huge quantities. Meanwhile, we've already purchased over 200 production lines on FFP2 / FFP3 masks, the capacity is about 6 million pcs/day. Our FFP2 / FFP3 masks also obtained the CE certificates. We’ve been supplying to huge international organizations, won good reputation and orders are in continuing.
